Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused, have no stains, and the tags must be intact. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will refund the full order amount, minus shipping, to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days to process your return.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original purchase for a refund. This ensures that you will receive your preferred product as quickly as possible.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@amieandjo.com within two (2) business days of receiving your package. Include the invoice number, the name of the item, and photos of the defective or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
